Bishop is an advanced Horror that serves as one of the Three Swords of El Dorado for King in Vanishing Line.

Personality[]

Bishop is one of the Three Swords of El Dorado and the one who oversees the city's daily operations. The horror was named after the chess piece after he was recruited by King. In contrast to the stern and serious Knight and Queen, he has the personality of a fun-loving and evil corporate businessman. Unlike both his colleagues who are, for the most part, mindful of their duties and get along well professionally, he enjoys annoying his colleagues and playing mind games instead. While Queen displays true loyalty to King and Knight is allied with King solely to gain yet more strength, Bishop is shown to only follow King's orders because he is forced to, so his true motives and goals are unknown. One year after King's defeat, Bishop is still at large as the only surviving member of the Three Swords, planning for the "fun" he will be able to have now that he is free from King's servitude.

Abilities[]

  • Horror Powers: Bishop's main ability is assuming a shadow form to instantly teleport himself or quickly move from one place to another. He is yet to be seen doing battle with anyone, preferring to manipulate events behind the scenes and have others do the dirty work. As such, the full extent of his abilities still a mystery.
    • Magic: Bishop proves to be a capable magic user through the uncanny skill in crafting Madō bombs, bombs enchanted with dark magic where he used one to destroy Sun Dell Diós and they can only be repelled by powerful barrier placed by most skilled of Makai Alchemists.
