Horror Dagger is the solidified form of a slain Horror's essence and Inga that first appeared in GARO.

Overview

Kouga purifies Garoken with a specialized wolf statue of a recently slain Horror's essence, condensing it into a blade

Tiny blades created after the purification of a Soul Metal weapon after slaying a horror. These daggers have many different shapes.

As demonstrated by Kouga, a Knight can purge the accumulated Horror essence out of his Makai Blade and condense said essence into its Horror Blade by thrusting it into the mouth of a specialized wolf statue provided by his acting Watch Dog. Once the processed is done, the Horror Blade then kept by said Watch Dog who then either personally dispose it into Makai Realm or had a trusted Priest to do the same.

In its natural form or in an altered state, a person who thrusts a Horror Blade into his/her body can defile the purification and Horror's free essence to reconstitute itself within a new host body. Makai Armors that corrupted in the same manner as Kiba on the other hand, absorbs the blades to bolster their powers further at the risk of the Armor becomes animated by the accumulated darkness and assume its wielder's identity.

• Despite being comprised of Inga, Horror Blade cannot be processed into Dark Metal due to the presence of slain Horror's residual essence within.
