GARO: Lament of the Dark Dragon

Garo: Soukoku no Maryu (aka Demon Dragon of the Blue Cries) is the second film to the Garo series. The film serves as an epilogue after Makai Chronicles and leads up to The One Who Shines in the Darkness.

Story

After the events of Makai Chronicles, Kouga Saezima honors his end of the deal with Gajari (he helped teleport Kouga out of a trap to help defeat Sigma Fudō) by traveling to the Promised Land to retrieve a part of Gajari: the Fang of Sorrow (嘆きの牙-Nageki no Kiba). When he gets there, stripped of his Makai Knight arsenal and attire, Kouga is joined on his journey by a mysterious blue-skinned girl named Meru, a gnome-like being known as Esaruto, and a master swordsman known as Kakashi who also is on the hunt for the fang.
