Heaven's Decree (天命, Tenmei) is the twenty fifth and final episode of GARO: The Makai Flower.
Synopsis[]
Raiga must break free of Eiryth's control and find a way to destroy her before she fully blooms and annihilates the world.
Summary[]
Crow and Mayuri face Raiga in Lost Soul Beast form but Raiga pleads for them to run. Crow fends off the Soul Beast while Mayuri tries to get to higher ground to try to seal Eiryth.
When Crow is in trouble, Eiji comes to is aid in the battle against Raiga as Bikū provides suppor for Mayuri. Raiga is freed from his Lost Soul Beast form as he confronts Eyrith. He manages to defeat her before Mayuri seals her in the Ady Slate.
Mayuri collapses and it is discovered that she is dying. Raiga volunteers to cut away the Horror within her before she goes to sleep. She eventually wakes up.
