Hemrio was the Horror host of the District 32's Dinning Hall in Vanishing Line.
History
Hemrio selected three unsuspecting young ladies from the crowd as special guests, two of them were consumed and the third one runs off. Bezel consumes the third and angers Hemrio and the Horrors present because Bezel interrupted their feast, but he kills all the Horrors except for Hemrio. Bezel approaches King's golden tower with the Hemrio's directions and throws him into the tower's barrier. Hemrio takes the electrical shocks from the barrier and dies, but not before disabling the barrier.
