Resume was a twin-headed Horror that was sealed inside an egg-shaped madōgu.
History
As León Luís and his group began suspecting servants in the castle of being Mendoza's accomplice, Octavia sought Mendoza's advise and he gave her the madōgu in order to use it if she found herself in a dire situation. When Octavia attempted to meet Mendoza again, she got caught in a string trap placed by Ema Guzmán, and ran towards the King's room where she used the madōgu to consume Laura and frame her as the accomplice. Since Octavia also ordered the Horror to devour her right leg, the string that was in her leg transferred to Resume, making it seem like Laura turned into a Horror and ate Octavia's leg while she was protecting the King. Resume was slayed when León arrived.
