Shingetsu is the Madōba to Thunder Knight Baron. It never made an official appearance in the events of Makai Flash Knight but was mentioned in publishing regarding its existence.

Only mentioned in publishing, Wataru already succeeded in slaying 100 Horrors and earned his right to summon Shingetsu. Despite earning his stead before the events of Makai Flash Knight, there wasn't a situation that Baron needed to summon it.
