Victor Joseph Mignogna is a prolific American voice actor who works for Funimation's dubbing house. His most recognized and notable role is being the dub voice of Edward Elric in the Fullmetal Alchemist series. He portrays the Mendoza in the English dub of GARO: The Carved Seal of Flames.
